Does the Kit include an AirTag?
No. The Locate Boot has a hidden pocket that fits a standard Apple AirTag.
What will the Move Sleeve stick to?
Steel gym equipment, like squat racks and ring rigs, plus basketball hoop and golf cart canopy poles. It won't hold on aluminum, stainless steel, thin sheet metal like fridge doors, wood or plastic. Attach it, give it a tug, and let go once it's held firm. A full bottle with phone accessories is the heaviest, and some metal surfaces provide a weaker attachment than others. Always test first to avoid damage and falls.
Is my phone compatible?
Any MagSafe iPhone or MagSafe case works. For other phones, stick the included Booster Ring to your phone or case.
Does it fit car cup holders?
The 24oz fits most standard car cup holders. The 32oz is wider and won't fit most of them, and the Sleeve adds width too.
Will the lid show in my photos?
No. The phone sits high enough that every iPhone camera mode shoots clear of the lid.
Does it affect wireless charging?
No. The magnets won't interfere with charging or phone performance.
Is it dishwasher safe?
The bottle, straw and Locate Boot are. The lid (with its built-in magnetic ring) and the Move Sleeve are hand-wash only: dishwasher heat weakens the magnets, and putting the Sleeve in the dishwasher voids its warranty.
What's the warranty?
Lifetime Limited Warranty on Ringo Pro, the Move Sleeve and the Locate Boot: replaced for manufacturing or material defects for as long as you own them. Accidental damage, loss and damage from not following the use instructions aren't covered.

Can I put hot drinks in Ringo Pro?
Yes. It keeps drinks hot for 12 hours. Don't use the sip straw with hot drinks, as it's a burn risk.
How durable is Ringo Pro?
Stainless steel with a powder-coated or polished finish. The magnetic ring and hinge are built for everyday use.
How does mounting work?
The magnetic ring in the lid snaps to the back of any MagSafe iPhone or case. Tilt the ring to set your angle. For other phones, stick the included Booster Ring to your phone or case first.
Does the Pro lid fit my original Ringo?
Yes. It's backwards compatible with original Ringo bottles.
Will the lid fit other bottles?
No. It only fits Ringo bottles.
How do I open the sip straw?
Lift the lid and pull the straw tab toward the Ringo logo. It pivots up, ready to sip.
Can I freeze it?
No need. The insulation keeps the inside temperature steady, so freezing the bottle does little. For ice-cold water fast, add ice.
Can I ferment in it?
No. Fermentation builds pressure that can force the lid open.
Is it lead-free?
Yes. Ringo Pro is made without lead.
