Your Ringo bottle is built to last. We believe that you will be delighted with your Ringo, but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return or replace an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. The terms below apply only to products purchased through


Your Ringo bottle carries a limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects. Ringo will replace any eligible product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use. Replacement parts will be utilized to address the defects when available.

Your Ringo bottle carries a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the color, size, or style of your Ringo, it can be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the initial purchase. NOTE: This general returns policy shall not apply to any product which has been used.

To authorize your return, please contact our customer service team at Please provide the following in your email: Name, Order Number, Photo of the unused item in its original packaging, Reason for Return or Exchange. Submissions missing this information will not be accepted.

The refund will be returned directly to the credit/charge card/PayPal account used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item. You will only have to pay for the return postage of the products to Ringo.

We may allocate a Returns Code, which must be included on the label of the package in order to process your return. We may also advise you how to send the item back to us.

You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us. If you do not follow these instructions, Ringo reserves the right to deny the return.

Before submitting a warranty claim, please read the following:

  1. Broken or leaking caps: If your cap breaks or you notice a leak, do not send your flask to us. Instead, fill out the form below to enter your warranty details. You will be required to send us a photo of your cap to validate the claim. You will be responsible for the shipping charge to have the flask returned if you send the flask to us.
  2. Ringo bottles that are damaged during the shipping process: Please contact us if you ordered your Ringo from and it has arrived damaged. If you use your flask, we cannot replace it due to shipping damage. You will be required to send a video or photo of the damage to validate the claim.
  3. Rattling: The rattle you hear is a small metal disc that sits between the double wall of your flask and aids in the vacuum insulation process. Sometimes the disc becomes dislodged, creating a small noise or rattle. This will not affect the insulation or structural integrity of your flask. However, if it is an annoyance, we will exchange it for a new bottle.
  4. Ringo Warranties: We will handle each warranty on a case-by-case basis, but cannot guarantee every piece of your Ringo Bottle will be available for warranty. 

Warranty claims will only be approved by Ringo if the product was purchased from an authorized dealer. This warranty is limited to the lifetime of your Ringo product, as limited by or subject to applicable law. The limited warranty provided by Ringo only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect of any Ringo  products caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following: (i) improper use or misuse of the product; (ii) damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications; or (iii) damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire, etc.
