Return Policy

We want you to love your Ringo products! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days.


Finding Your Order Number

Your order number can be found in your:

  • Order Confirmation Email

  • Shipping Confirmation Email

  • Ringo Account

Return & Exchange Policy.

  • Condition: Items should be in completely unused condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Refunds: Refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take up to 7 business days once processed.


A Few Extra Things to Know

  • Non-Ringo Items: Only send Ringo products, we can’t process non-Ringo items.

  • Complete Returns: If your order included promotional or free items, please return everything to receive a full refund.

  • Ineligible Items: Personalized items, warranty claim orders, and certain limited edition items aren’t eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees aren’t refundable.

  • Drop-Off Receipts: Keep your receipt for peace of mind. If there’s an issue, we’ll work with you to resolve it.
