Production of Ringo PRO will be completed in the first week of April. We will then ship to the USA by sea and deliver to your home via courier. Your Ringo PRO is expected to arrive by mid-May. Once this small preorder batch is sold out, the next delivery will be in July.

Is my phone compatible?

Is Ringo Pro insulated?
Yes! Ringo PRO is made with double-wall stainless steel insulation, keeping your drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours. However, the Ringo PRO sport straw should not be used for hot liquids due to burn risk—please read the manual before using.

How do I open the sip straw?
Lift the Ringo PRO magnetic lid and pull the straw tab toward the Ringo logo. This will pivot the straw into position for easy sipping.
Is Ringo PRO dishwasher Safe?
The bottle is dishwasher safe, but the lid and magnetic ring should not be put in the dishwasher as heat may weaken the magnet. All silicone parts and straw can be easily removed and washed by hand or in the dishwasher. Full cleaning instructions will be available on our website before preorders arrive.
Issues with phone charging?
Nope! The magnetic system is designed to be safe and non-intrusive, so it won’t interfere with wireless charging or phone performance.

Yes! The 24oz model fits all standard cup holders, unless your cup holder is unusually small.
Does Ringo PRO contain lead?
No, Ringo PRO is 100% lead-free, thanks to our upgraded manufacturing facilities—something very few water bottle brands can claim.

Can I freeze Ringo Pro?
You can store your Ringo in the fridge overnight, but due to its double-wall vacuum insulation, the inside temperature won’t change much. For ice-cold water quickly, just add ice cubes.

The 24oz Ringo PRO weighs 0.97 lbs (440g) when empty.
Is the Adaptor Ring reusable?
No, the Magnetic Booster Ring is designed for single-use only. Its strong magnetic force may cause it to detach if reused, so for optimal performance, we recommend using a new one if needed.
Can I ferment in Ringo Pro?
No, we don’t recommend it. Fermentation can build pressure inside the bottle, making the lid difficult to remove or even eject forcefully, which could cause injury.
Is Ringo PRO leak proof?
Yes! Ringo PRO is 100% leak proof. The engineered straw clicks securely into place, additionally when the magnetic ring folds down, it creates a secondary lock and a hygienic cover for the drinking spout.
